📝 How to book a tour?

The fastest way is to place an order on the tour page ("Order"), or write to us on WhatsApp/call - all contacts are listed on the website.

💳 What payment methods are available?

When paying through the website, payment by bank card is available through a secure payment system.

If you need another method - contact the manager via the contacts on the website, we'll find a suitable option.

📍 Where and when is the group meeting?

You will see the meeting point and time when placing your order and on your ticket.

The day before departure, we will additionally confirm the point or, if possible, offer one closer to you.

👧 Traveling with a child: which tickets?

Prices on the website are for 11+ (adult fare).

If the child is under 11 - after purchasing an adult ticket, write to the manager: discounted tickets are available for children under 11.

🎫 What is included in the price?

Transfer according to the program, work of a licensed guide, and organizational support.

Entrance tickets - included, unless otherwise stated on the tour page.

Lunch - included, unless otherwise stated.

❌ What is not included?

Personal expenses and services not specified in the program (towels/lockers at beaches, SPA procedures, souvenirs, etc.).

Medical insurance - is the responsibility of the tourist and must be arranged in advance.

Modest clothing: covered shoulders and knees; men - head covering at the Western Wall. On Shabbat and holidays, there may be restrictions on photography and electronics.

🧴 What to bring to the Dead Sea?

Flip-flops/water shoes, water, hat, and SPF. Don't dive and protect your eyes; better remove jewelry due to salt. Showers are usually available at swimming areas.

🚡 Masada: ascent and tickets

Our trips to Masada include entrance tickets to the national park and cable car ascent. Details are in the tour card and on the ticket.

📌 Can I join along the way, not from the hotel?

Yes, if it's a point along the route and it's safe. Write to the manager before booking - we'll suggest the nearest point or offer an alternative.

🚌 Group size and type of transport

Group size and transport depend on the date and program. Tourist buses/minivans with air conditioning and seat belts. Private/mini-groups - upon request.

Drink water in small portions, wear light covered clothing and a hat, use SPF, non-slip comfortable shoes. We make sanitary stops along the route.
